Costa Mesa Stabbing Victim Identified

COSTA MESA — A man who was fatally stabbed outside an apartment complex has been identified as Jorge W. Pias, police said Monday.
Pias, 29, died Sunday evening after surgery at Western Medical Center-Santa Ana.
He was found stabbed in the upper torso in the 500 block of Hamilton Street shortly after 11:30 a.m., said Police Sgt. Martin Carver.
The attack was not gang-related and remains under investigation. No arrests have been made, Carver said.
