Fluor, Assystem Teaming Up

IRVINE — Fluor Corp.’s Fluor Daniel Inc. unit said Thursday it has agreed to form a joint venture with Assystem SA to provide consulting and technical services in Europe. Fluor Daniel said the new company, Assystem Services International, will offer information technology, start-up, and maintenance services to industrial clients.
