Officials Seek Help in Finding 3 Fugitives

Investigators with the Ventura County sheriff’s fugitive warrant detail are looking for help locating three wanted men from Oxnard.

All the men have outstanding felony warrants, said Deputy Brian Worthan.

Investigators are searching for Gregory Frank Martinez, 25, who is wanted for violating probation for the possession and sale of marijuana. His last known address was 621 Ivywood Drive in Oxnard, and his last known job was with Yubeta’s Plumbing, Worthan said.

Martinez is described as Latino, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds.

He has a tattoo of a peacock on his right shoulder and is believed to be hiding in the Oxnard area, investigators said.

Eduardo Perez Madrigal, 23, who was convicted of carrying a loaded firearm while in possession of illegal drugs, also violated his terms of probation, officials said.

Madrigal’s last known address was 230 Everest St. in Oxnard, and he last worked for R and R Quality Pack in the city. He is described as Latino, about 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing about 175 pounds. He has an “E” tattooed on his left arm.

Investigators are also looking for Augustin Zaragoza Barron, 27, who is wanted for failing to appear for a court date on charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license, officials said.

He has multiple drunk-driving arrests and faces felony charges in those cases, officials said.

Barron’s last known address was 5164 Charles St., Apt. C in Oxnard, and he last worked for Banquet Multi-Media in Pacific Palisades.

He is described as Latino, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing about 190 pounds.

Investigators are encouraging anyone with information on any of the men to call Ventura County Crime Stoppers’ hotline at 385-TALK or 494-TALK.

Tipsters can call anonymously and, if the information leads to an arrest, they could received rewards of as much as $1,000, officials said.
