Regency Health Services Buys Four Local Outpatient Clinics

TUSTIN — Regency Health Services Inc. said it bought 12 outpatient physical therapy clinics in California, including four in Orange County, for $5.8 million in cash and notes.
The clinics generated annual revenue of $6.9 million, the Tustin-based health care provider said. Regency also said it purchased an institutional pharmacy in Las Vegas.
Regency, which had revenue of $558 million last year, operates facilities that provide skilled nursing care and other health care services.
