Bristol Technology Names New Executive

* Roger T. Monaco has been named senior vice president, chief financial officer for Bristol Technology Systems Inc., an Irvine distributor of retail automation equipment. He most recently was vice president and chief financial officer at Access Television Network Inc. Previously, Monaco held financial and planning management positions at Times Mirror Co. and W.R. Grace & Co.

* Binks A. Graval has been named chief executive of Pacific International Enterprise Inc.’s Crush Innovative Sports Systems Inc. unit in Los Alamitos. He succeeds Richard W. Perkins, founder and a major shareholder of the parent company, who will now concentrate his efforts developing new products for Crush, the company said. Graval is also chief executive of the parent company.

* Ty Woodhall has joined Boyds Wheels Inc., a Stanton designer and manufacturer of aluminum wheels and related products for the specialty automobile and motorcycle aftermarkets, as director of marketing and advertising. He had been director of marketing and promotions for seven years at Orion Industries, a car audio equipment company. Scott Boley will serve as the company’s new international sales representative. Boley had been vice president of sales and marketing for Trigon, an aerospace manufacturing company, and held international sales manager positions for ADST, a consumer electronics company, and Rockford Corp., a car audio equipment company. In addition, Sheri Arnett, previously responsible for all areas of Boyds Wheels’ marketing, advertising, public relations and promotions, has been appointed to the newly created position of director of public relations.

* William Guerry has been named chief financial officer of Sync Research in Irvine. He succeeds Ron Scioscia, who is leaving for personal reasons, the company said. Guerry joins the company from Ernst & Young LLP.
