Toshiba America Information Systems Inc., a major producer of personal computers, is bringing back a former president as part of parent Toshiba Corp.’s regular rotation of top management executives, a spokeswoman said Friday. Atsutoshi Nishida, who served as president of the Irvine-based unit from early 1992 to mid-1995, will take over the post again on July 1. He also was named vice chairman of Toshiba America Inc., the holding company for Toshiba Corp.’s U.S. operations. Toshiba America Information also promoted Masao Suga, 47, to senior vice president in charge of the computer systems group.
