Got a suggestion to name President Clinton’s new puppy? Send it to him; he’s eager for ideas. Already deluged with thousands of names, the White House invited an avalanche of suggestions. The pooch is a 3-month-old chocolate Labrador retriever. He’ll move to the White House after being trained.
