New Branch Library Manager Appointed

A new manager has been named for one of two branch libraries in the Palos Verdes Library District.

Hillary Theyer, who has worked for the district since September, was appointed manager of the Malaga Cove Plaza Library.

Theyer is no stranger to the district--her mother was a librarian there for many years.

Theyer worked in the young readers department of the district’s main facility, the Peninsula Center Library, before being named to her new post. She came to the library from Sacramento, where she managed a branch library.
