Vista Properties and Zephyr Development are developing five industrial buildings totaling 250,000 square feet on a 14-acre parcel in the Northfield Business Park in Oxnard.
The buildings, which will be available for lease in fall 1998, will range from 35,000 to 90,000 square feet.
“Demand from both local companies and companies looking to move to Ventura County has driven the development of this site,” said Fred J. Ferro, vice president of Capital Commercial Real Estate/New America Network, the project’s marketing representative.
Northfield Business Park is in Oxnard’s Pacific Commerce Center, adjacent to Fifth Street and Rice Avenue.
