Yosemite Lodgings

For those of us that live and work in Yosemite, I would like to thank you for the positive article on the park (“Yosemite Ready for Season,” Insider, May 18). This past year has been a challenge, needless to say, and it is nice to have some positive thoughts expressed.

I manage 126 home rentals in Wawona, on the south side of the park. I just thought I would let you know there are places within the park other than the valley floor options. We feel that we relieve some of the congestion on the valley floor, and guests explore the Wawona area. There is also other lodging in the Yosemite West area.
