Reno Air is now offering its own frequent-flier bonus program, dubbed QQuick Miles, with an enrollment bonus of 1,500 miles. The airline continues to offer mileage in American Airlines’ AAdvantage FFB program (except for flights to Detroit and via Gulfport, Miss.), allowing QQuick Miles enrollees to earn double mileage. Information: (800) RENOAIR. . . . American’s FFB program also has a new partner, Aero California, which flies within Mexico and from Mexico to Los Angeles and Tucson, Ariz. . . . Amtrak engineered a last-minute rescue of its Cascadia train service between the Oregon cities of Eugene, Albany and Salem, with the help of state funding. It had previously announced that the service would be discontinued.
