Chicago Chef to Prepare House of Blues’ Dinner

Paul Bartolotta of Chicago’s Spiaggia restaurant is the featured chef for the House of Blues’ monthly “Great Chefs” series, tonight in the Sunset Boulevard club’s exclusive Foundation Room.
Bartolotta, winner of the James Beard Foundation’s Best Midwestern Chef Award, will prepare a four-course meal, plus hors d’oeuvres and dessert.
Although the House of Blues’ Foundation Room is normally closed to nonmembers, the “Great Chefs” event, which begins with a reception at 7 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:15, is open to the public at $100 a person.
