Rose Stamp to Be Reissued

WASHINGTON —
The 32-cent yellow rose stamp, first released last December at the Tournament of Roses in Pasadena, is being reissued as a self-adhesive coil. First issue of the new coil will be Aug. 1 at a stamp show in Falls Church, Va., the post office said.
