New Century Mortgage Opens 1st County Office

New Century Mortgage Corp., based in Newport Beach, has opened its first Ventura County office in the Oxnard Financial Plaza.
The New Century office opening came during a capital improvement program at the Financial Plaza. New signage has been installed at the Esplanade Drive entrance, building exteriors have been painted and interior corridors, lobbies and elevators modernized.
The landscaping program continues and more enhancements are scheduled this summer.
CB Commercial Real Estate Group represented the Financial Plaza owner, Channel Islands Properties, in the transaction with New Century Mortgage.
