Man Found Shot to Death in Alley

A man was fatally shot in an alley in the 900 block of Waters Street, police said Friday.
The victim’s identity was not released pending notification of family members, the coroner’s office said.
The shooting occurred about 6 p.m. Thursday, authorities said.
Police received a call of shots fired and when officers arrived on the scene, the victim lay on the ground seriously wounded, police said. Paramedics were unable to save the man, who was described as African American and about 19 years old.
