High School to Hold Yule Choral Concert
The Westlake High School choral department invites the community to its “Cool Yule” concert next week.
Tickets to the show are $6. The proceeds will benefit the school’s music program, mainly to pay for the cost of copying music throughout the year, said choral director Alan Rose.

New music--A story Tuesday about Westlake High School’s choral concert misstated how the proceeds would be spent. The money will go to purchase music throughout the year.
The first part of the show will feature traditional holiday songs. The second half will boast a “North Pole rock ‘n’ roll spectacular,” Rose said.
The concerts will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 4 and 5. Two shows are scheduled for Dec. 6, at 2 and 7:30 p.m., in the Westlake High School auditorium.
