Trio-Tech International Announces Stock Split

Trio-Tech International of San Fernando announced that a 3-for-2 split of its common stock became effective Oct. 1.

The split will be paid in the form of a 50% stock dividend to be distributed beginning Wednesday to shareholders of record at the close of business Sept. 30.
