The Sherman Oaks Fashion Square is going electric. Los Angeles City Councilman Mike Feuer and Harry Sizemore, chief operating officer of the Department of Water and Power, are among those expected to attend a dedication ceremony today for an electric-car charging station at the mall. But cutting- edge as the mall may be, it’s not the first to offer the futuristic convenience. Universal CityWalk has one, and the city of Anaheim has proposed a network of car- charging stations throughout Orange County.
