CKE Adds More Hardee’s Sites

CKE Restaurants Inc. agreed to purchase 39 Hardee’s franchised restaurants in St. Louis and surrounding areas, the company said Tuesday. Annual revenue for the 39 units averages about $38 million.

The agreement by a CKE unit, Hardee’s Food Systems Inc., was announced a day after CKE said it had signed a deal to acquire 27 Hardee’s franchises in the Green Bay, Wis., area.
