CardioVascular Dynamics Inc.: The Irvine medical products company posted a third-quarter net loss of $2.1 million, or 23 cents a share, which included approximately $717,000 in costs related to the company’s purchase of Clinitec GmbH, its former sales distributor in Germany and Switzerland. The company lost $698,000, or 8 cents a share, for the third quarter last year. Revenue increased 8% to $2.6 million from $2.4 million.

For the nine months, the company recorded a net loss of $3.3 million, or 36 cents a share, compared with a loss of $1.8 million, or 29 cents a share, for the first three quarters of 1996. Revenue advanced 44% to $8.9 million from $6.2 million.
