2 Youths Indicted in Mutilation Case

Two teenagers accused in a slaying that strained relations between the United States and Israel were indicted in Rockville, Md., on murder and conspiracy charges. Officials vowed to pursue prosecution of Samuel Sheinbein, 17, who is fighting extradition from Israel, where he fled after the killing and dismemberment of Alfredo Tello Jr. Sheinbein and Aaron Needle, also 17, were indicted on one count of murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
