Multi-Vehicle Crash on Freeway Injures 3
SANTA ANA —
At least three people were seriously injured Sunday night in a multi-vehicle crash on the Santa Ana Freeway.
Few details were available from the California Highway Patrol. Officials said the accident occurred on the northbound side of the freeway near the 1st Street exit. The crash blocked three lanes of traffic and created heavy congestion, police said.
Several ambulances were dispatched to the scene about 10 p.m. to tend to the injured, officials said.
