10 People Injured in Accident on Harbor Freeway
A multi-vehicle accident on the Harbor Freeway injured 10 people, two seriously, and snarled traffic for two hours Sunday morning, authorities said.
Nine people were heading north in a van when the driver apparently lost control about 10:20 a.m. near the Century Freeway, said Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey.
The van traveled up and then down an embankment, rolled several times and hit a sedan, police said, adding that the van may also have hit another vehicle.
Two men were admitted to Martin Luther King Jr. Medical Center. A spokeswoman described their condition as guarded.
