Badger Tinsel: Everyone wants to muscle in on Hollywood’s act. This weekend it’s Wisconsin’s turn. “The great Wisconsin tailgate” at the Beverly Garland Holiday Inn in North Hollywood--a bratwurst cookout patterned after the typical Badger State football ritual--is one of three events designed to bring together anyone in the TV and movie business with Wisconsin roots. Hosting is Gov. Tommy G. Thompson. The point? The Wisconsin Film Office hopes to entice local exiles to shoot shows in their native state.
