Insurance Series to Begin Tuesday

On Tuesday, a 10-part series on the basics of life insurance will begin in the weekly Wall Street, California pages of the Business section. The series, called Life Insurance 101, will be written by Times personal finance columnist Kathy M. Kristof. It will explain the types of insurance that are available and offer advice on how to decide which option is best for you and how much you should buy. It will also discuss annuities and the use of insurance in estate planning.
