Burlington Buys Partner

Burlington Air Express has acquired the remaining 50% stake of its partner in South Africa. Terms were not disclosed.
The company said Burlington Air Express South Africa will be managed by Leon Roos, who also has responsibility for Burlington Air’s network partners throughout Africa.
Burlington Air Express offers overnight and second-day air freight delivery through more than 500 offices in 118 countries.
