German Plane Diverged From Planned Route

The German military plane believed to have collided with a U.S. aircraft off the coast of Africa more than a week ago diverged from the route on its flight plan, according to a German Defense Ministry report made available Monday.
While the report said the German plane had received permission to change its route, it added that there were a number of questions still to be clarified.
Searchers have found one body; 33 people were on board the planes.
