Re “Pastor to Homeless Gets No Jail Time,” Sept. 20: Why couldn’t the law be changed and the zoning be different. The Rev. Wiley Drake sounds like a good citizen who is trying to help the homeless. Instead of punishing him by making him close down the shelter, why not change the zoning laws. They are probably so old they need to be changed. I just don’t get it.
