Seminar for First-Time Home Buyers Planned

A free workshop for first-time home buyers will be held Oct. 4 at the Fullerton Senior Multi-Service Center.
Guest speakers will include local lenders, real estate agents, escrow agents and city staff members. The city also will provide information on various funding programs, including its Downpayment Assistance Program, which provides financial assistance to first-time home buyers with low incomes.
