Fast-Food Restaurant Robbed at Gunpoint
Investigators are searching for a man suspected of robbing a Camarillo fast-food restaurant at gunpoint earlier this week.
Sheriff’s investigators said the man entered the Burger King at 181 Arneill Road just before 9 p.m. Monday, pointed a .45-caliber semiautomatic pistol and demanded money from the manager.
The man, wearing a black beanie pulled down to his eyebrows and a black Raiders jacket zipped up to his mouth, grabbed the money and ran from the store, the spokesman said.
He was last seen running down Arneill Road toward Raemere Street, the spokesman said. He is described as about 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds with a bushy mustache and pocked skin.
