Part of Edwards St. to Close 2 Days for Repair Work
A portion of Edwards Street that was damaged by recent rainstorms will be closed two days next week for repairs.
About $10,000 in work has been approved to fill potholes and repair other damage between Talbert and Ellis avenues, city officials said.
The PLC Land Co., which recently built about 2,600 homes in the Seacliff area, will pay for the work.
The Newport Beach-based company plans more permanent work on the roadway in May, including widening lanes.
