Give Them a Hand, Get a Massage
They couldn’t make it for Hands Across America, but the folks at the Pond’s Institute are ready to take a crack at hands across Southern California. The maker of beauty and body products will offer free hand massages for passengers traveling on select Amtrak commuter trains over the next two weeks. The mini “beauty-breaks” will be offered today, Wednesday and Thursday on the following trains on a first-come, first-served basis:
* Train 568, departs Los Angeles at 6:10 a.m.
* Train 578, departs Los Angeles at 1:55 p.m.
* Train 577, departs San Diego at 10:25 a.m.
* Train 781, departs Irvine at 4:39 p.m.
And next week on April 13, April 15 and April 17:
* Train 769, departs Los Angeles at 9 a.m.
* Train 782 departs Santa Barbara at 1:54 p.m
