Reducing Use of Cars Is Workshop Focus
A 20-year plan intended to encourage people to use their cars less in the traffic-plagued Ojai Valley is the subject of a public workshop Monday night.
The Ojai Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan will guide the development of a network of bike paths and walking trails.
The workshop will include a presentation about bicycle and pedestrian amenities elsewhere in the state and solicit public input to develop Ojai’s plan.
The meeting runs from 7 to 9 p.m. at Ojai City Hall, 401 S. Ventura St.
