ORANGE COUNTY EARNINGS

ATL Products Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of automated magnetic tape libraries said fourth-quarter net income rose to $3.5 million, or 36 cents a share, from $1.1 million, or 13 cents a share, a year ago. Sales for the quarter ended March 31 increased 77% to $31.1 million from $17.6 million. Net income for the year advanced to $8.1 million, or 83 cents a share, from $3.9 million, or 46 cents a share, for the prior fiscal year. Sales were up 63% to $97.6 million from $60 million.
