Lutheran Bishop to Be Installed

The Pacifica Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America will install the Rev. Murray D. Finck as bishop during worship and Holy Communion at 3 p.m. Sunday at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church. Representatives from other Protestant denominations and the Catholic Church will participate. Robert Eisenman will give a Dead Sea Scroll lecture at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Temple Isaiah of Newport Beach.
