Caray Look-Alikes Pay Homage
On Harry Caray Day at Chicago’s Wrigley Field, there were 39,427, many wearing oversized glasses in honor of the late Cubs’ broadcaster who died in February. Cub officials said a statue of Caray will be erected outside of the stadium.

The St. Louis Cardinals gave infielder Brian Hunter his unconditional release and recalled shortstop Luis Ordaz from triple-A Memphis. . . . The Milwaukee Brewers demoted relievers Valerio De Los Santos and Rafael Roque to triple-A Louisville to make room for recently acquired pitchers Bill Pulsipher and Joe Hudson.
