TIMES STAFF AND WIRES

Ian Fleming’s Goldeneye estate in Jamaica, where he turned out James Bond thrillers until his death in 1964, can now be rented--although it will cost you plenty of Moneypenny. For $5,000 per night (including meals), up to six people can roam his three-bedroom home, which is furnished with some of the author’s items and set on a bluff above a sea cove in Oracabessa. For $1,000 to $2,000 per night, you can stay in one of three villas built over the last few years on the 15-acre property or rent the whole place for $10,000. The estate is owned by hotel and music entrepreneur Chris Blackwell. Reservations: tel. (800) OUTPOST.
