Coldwell Banker Opens 8th Office in County

Coldwell Banker Town & Country has opened an eighth office in Ventura County, the second new office this year.

Seven Realtors have moved to the office at 4936 Verdugo Way in Camarillo. The office will be managed by Elaine Pettersen, who also manages the company’s location at 1913 Daily Drive in Camarillo.

Coldwell Banker Town & Country has more than 190 sales associates working in Ventura County. Based on gross commission volume, the firm is the top independent Coldwell Banker affiliate in California and is ranked in the top 2% of the company’s 1,346 affiliates nationwide.

It is owned by CMC Residential Inc., an affiliate of Carlsberg Management Co. in Santa Monica.
