San Francisco-based McKesson Corp., the largest U.S. drug wholesaler, said it will buy MedManagement from Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corp. for about $35.5 million in cash to expand its management of hospital pharmacies. Plymouth, Minn.-based MedManagement has more than 600 employees who manage pharmacies and offer consulting services at more than 100 sites in 35 states.
