Fritz Coleman to Host TOBY Awards
Come rain or shine, KNBC-TV Channel 4 weatherman and stand-up comedian Fritz Coleman will host The Office Building of the Year, or TOBY, awards for 1998.
The 13th annual awards luncheon, organized by the Building Owners and Managers Assn. of Greater Los Angeles, honors excellence in office building management, operational efficiency, tenant retention, emergency planning and community impact.
The building types under consideration for the awards include historic, medical, government and various size categories.
The luncheon will be at the Regal Biltmore Hotel, 506 S. Grand St., in downtown Los Angeles, at noon Sept. 9. For further information, call (213) 629-2662.
