New Boundaries for Area Panels Possible
A discussion on whether to redraw the boundaries for the city’s four neighborhood councils will top the agenda at September’s meetings.
Beginning at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 1, Neighborhood Council 1 will discuss the issue as well as a proposal for 121 homes north of Royal Avenue, just east of 1st Street. Neighborhood Council 1 represents residents living east of Sinaloa Road and 1st Street.
On Sept. 9, Neighborhood Council 2 will discuss the same issues.
Neighborhood Council 3 will meet Sept. 10 and is scheduled to discuss only the redrawing of boundaries.
Neighborhood Council 4, which will meet Sept. 15, will do the same.
All meetings will be in the Community Room at City Hall, 2929 Tapo Canyon Road.
