Pacific Sunwear of California Inc. increased its board from five to six members and named private investor Richard Lyons a director.
Lyons, 41, has an extensive specialty retail background, including 13 years at The Gap Inc., where he was executive vice president of the company and president of The Gap, Gapkids and Outlet Divisions.
Anaheim-based Pacific Sunwear sells casual apparel, accessories and footwear for teenagers and young adults.
