A Rossmoor real estate company has commissioned 25 tons of snow to bring the community a white Christmas on Sunday.

Santa Claus and his elves are expected to drop in on the party at First Team Real Estate’s office at 12501 Seal Beach Blvd. The snow is expected to fall on the free event from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
