Former first daughter Julie Nixon Eisenhower will top off a Christmas tree featuring ornaments from 50 first ladies around the world today at the Richard Nixon Library & Birthplace. The 10 a.m. ceremony will be followed at 10:30 a.m. by a lecture about her marriage to the grandson of President Eisenhower and her years in the White House during the presidency of her father, Richard Nixon.
