Kennedy-Wilson Buys Consulting Firm

Kennedy-Wilson Inc. said it agreed to buy TechSource Services Inc., which provides technical services and consulting for owners of commercial and residential properties. The value of the deal was not announced. The Beverly Hills-based real estate services firm said the acquisition would bolster its property management operations. TechSource, which is based in Chicago, offers assistance with utility deregulation, energy management, Y2K compliance, technical project management, operations management, cost reduction and capital planning. Jack Althoff, TechSource’s president, will remain in the same position once the deal closes. The company will retain the same name.
