Alan Rodriguez Quintero, 25, was convicted of drug sales in 1996 and placed on probation. In March, he was rearrested on suspicion of selling drugs and released on bail. He failed to appear in court and has also violated his probation in the earlier case, authorities said. His last known address was in the 100 block of Ramona Street in Ventura.

Quintero, 25, is Latino, 5 feet 5, 170 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Randy Jay Swanson, 38, also known as Todd Swanson, has been convicted of possessing drugs in two different cases. He was released from jail and placed on probation, which he has violated, authorities said.

Swanson is white, 6 feet, 160 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes.

Anita Rodriguez, 44, was convicted of burglary and sent to a state rehabilitation center in lieu of prison. After she was paroled from the center more than a year ago, she failed to comply with other terms of her parole, authorities said. Her last known address was in the 1200 block of Birch Street in Oxnard.

Rodriguez is Latina, 4 feet 11, 100 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes.

Anyone with information on any of these fugitives should call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-TALK or 494-TALK.
