LAGUNA BEACH
Steve Dicterow will serve as mayor for another year, after a 5-0 council vote last week. Council members also unanimously chose Kathleen Blackburn for mayor pro tem, to succeed Wayne Baglin. Councilwoman Toni Iseman, who was sworn in Tuesday night, defeated Baglin in the Nov. 3 election. Dicterow was reelected to another four-year council term.
