GARDEN GROVE

For the third year in a row, Garden Grove has been named a Tree City USA. The honor comes from the National Arbor Day Foundation, a nonprofit education organization dedicated to tree planting and environmental stewardship. To qualify, communities must have a city tree ordinance, a legal tree governing body, a comprehensive community forestry program and an Arbor Day observance. Information: (714) 741-5375.
