LAGUNA BEACH
Improvements to the city’s water and sewer services are scheduled to begin in July in South Laguna under an agreement that South Coast Water District council members adopted at their Tuesday meeting.
An advisory committee to monitor the transition of services is being headed by council members Kathleen Blackburn and Wayne Peterson. A public position on that committee will be advertised in a few weeks.
