2 Arrested After Railroad Sabotage

Police in Wiesbaden said they arrested two men suspected of blackmail after sabotage that caused massive disruption to German railroads. The pair from eastern Germany were arrested after a botched attempt to collect ransom money at a highway rest stop near Munich. Since Nov. 23, blackmailers committed three acts of sabotage while trying to extort $6 million from the railroads, police said.
